Beautiful Words

Reflecting on my words during the month of April, I know that I still have a lot I need to improve. This was a good time to take small steps towards having better words, and I will keep making effort!

I want to speak more nicely because I want to be a better person. It wasn’t easy to practice this campaign at first—I used to speak without thinking. But now I try to pause and think before I talk. I ask myself, “Will this help someone, or hurt them?” Thanks for the SOUL campaign.

In learning to consider how others perceive my words, I've become more mindful of my speech. Since words carry so much weight in our relationships, I want to use my voice to empower others.
