Open ears lead to open hearts! Through this campaign, I may have spoken less, but I spent way more time laughing with my friends by listening.

I'd always wanted to be a good communicator, but I wasn't sure where to begin. When I made a conscious effort to listen, people started to open up and share how they genuinely feel.
