Whenever I have a question or find myself stuck on something, I always turn to my older brother. He's incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly and patiently that he's like an AI. When I'm struggling with a difficult problem, he teaches me like a teacher, walking me through the concepts step by step until I understand.He's also really good with words. To this day, I've never won an argument against him.
#Complete Opposites
My brother is talkative and always eager to get involved, whereas I'm more sensitive and self-assured. He likes to plan things out before getting started, while I tend to do things on the spur of the moment. Because of that, it often seems like we don't have much in common.Even so, I truly admire how he always gets things done and how readily he lends a hand to anyone in a difficult situation (including me when I'm stuck on a problem).
#Homebody & Parent
My brother is what you'd call a homebody. Whenever he has a day off, he’d rather stay inside. Because of that, he ends up spending a lot of time with me and helping me with my studies, which is nice.In fact, sometimes he seems more like a parent than an older brother. Whenever our parents go out, he takes care of me just like they do. If there's something delicious to eat, he always makes sure I get my share. Whenever I'm having a hard time, he's there to look after me. I’m especially grateful for the times he comforted me after I got scolded by Mom.
Of course, there are downsides to that, too. He constantly jumps in with all the things Mom would normally say: “Go study,” “Don't be a picky eater,” and so on. Honestly, give me a break!
#Someone I Couldn't Do Without
My brother is someone I couldn't do without. If he weren't around, life would definitely feel a lot emptier—and way more boring. We don't always see eye to eye, but I'm happy and proud to have him as my brother.Big bro, thank you for always helping me whenever I have a question, and for making sure I'm never bored. I'll repay you for everything when I grow up. Just one thing—could you cut back on the nagging a little? (Please!)
